Obsido Commercial recently closed the sale of a 22,464-square-foot industrial facility on 7.93 acres at 4803 Emil St, San Antonio, Texas 78219. Joshua Swank and Sean McDonald represented the family partnership, which operated a truck and trailer repair business at the property for over 60 years before transitioning to new endeavors.
