Mitchell has a broad range of experience in sales negotiations, site evaluation, financial analysis, office acquisitions and dispositions.
Prior to Obsido Commercial, Mitchell spent five years in the Oil & Gas industry as a Technical Sales Representative for Schlumberger where he specialized in consulting and selling drilling equipment in South and West Texas.
Ron Kotel specializes in single and multi-tenant industrial investment assets in Central Texas. He’s based out of Los Angeles, CA, and has been active in the Central Texas market since 2015.
With his roots based in California, his expertise lies in helping California investors (out-of-state buyers) navigate their wealth to Central Texas investment real estate. Ron’s primary focus is to build long-term relationships with clients by providing strategic guidance they can trust.
Sean McDonald specializes in single, multi-tenant, and urban investment assets in San Antonio and Austin, Texas, particularly in representing sellers. Sean began his career in 2017 working on retail and office transactions throughout Central Texas. He is well-regarded by his clients for a rigorous focus on their needs and keen attention to detail, enabling him to execute deals on the best possible terms, and ultimately, help his clients achieve their investment strategies.
Dakota KosubTeam Operations Specialist
Dakota joined Obsido Commercial in October 2020 as our Operations specialist. In this role, he oversees and manages one of Central Texas’s top-performing commercial real estate brokerage teams.
His key role assists in managing day-to-day business responsibilities as well as new client development with an overall high level of follow-through and detail. He tracks all client needs, marketing campaigns and proactive outreach efforts in addition to conducting weekly market research to identify opportunities.
