Obsido Commercial arranges sale of a 4-Property Retail/Industrial portfolio

Obsido Commercial recently closed a 4-property multi-tenant retail and industrial portfolio deal for Latigo Properties, LLC. The properties, all located at varying addresses along Marbach Rd & Loop 410, San Antonio, Texas, total approximately 42,000 square feet. Joshua Swank and Ron Kotel of Obsido Commercial represented the Seller in the strategic disposition of their assets.
