Obsido Commercial arranges lease of retail space

Obsido Commercial recently closed a deal for 125 Lamar, LLC. The property, located at 125 Lamar St, San Antonio, Texas 78202, is a 18,600 square foot freestanding multi-tenant retail building. Joshua Swank and Sean McDonald of Obsido Commercial represented the Seller, and Phillip Halliday with Shops Companies represented the Buyer.
