Obsido Commercial’s Investment Sales Team represented the Seller in the disposition of a 7,500 square foot industrial property in Kyle, Texas right outside of Austin, Texas. Joshua Swank and Mitchell Lyons had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the Seller, a private investor.

By adding this location, they will be able to expand their operations and create jobs at the Weldon Johnson Way location.
