Joshua is a San Antonio native with over 18 years of experience in commercial real estate. Over the course of his career, he has represented more than $1 billion in transactions across a wide range of deal types, including single-user sale-leasebacks, multi-tenant investment sales, and urban development projects.
A graduate of Duke University and Georgia State University, Joshua nearly pursued a professional soccer career before turning his focus to business. That competitive background continues to shape how he approaches his work today through preparation, discipline, and consistency.
Outside of real estate, Joshua is a devoted husband and father to his son, Luke. He values time with his family and trains Brazilian jiu-jitsu, an outlet that reinforces patience, humility, and long-term thinking-principles that carry through both his personal life and professional approach.
