Obsido Commercial arranges lease of 6,245 SF Office/Retail spaces

Obsido Commercial recently executed a lease renewal and new lease for A01B01, LLC. The property, located at 906–910 Oblate, San Antonio, Texas 78216, is comprised of two buildings totaling 6,425 square feet. Joshua Swank of Obsido Commercial represented the Landlord, executing on a strategy put in place when we helped the client acquire the properties a couple of years ago.
