Obsido Commercial arranges lease of 16,000 SF Industrial space

Obsido Commercial recently leased an industrial property for Asheer Properties, LLC. The property, located at 3410 Steen St, San Antonio, Texas 78219, is a 16,000 square foot freestanding industrial outdoor storage (IOS) facility situated on 2.49 acres. Joshua Swank and Ron Kotel of Obsido Commercial represented the Landlord.
