Obsido Commercial arranges sale of Starbucks retail property

Obsido Commercial recently closed a STNL retail property for Asheer Properties, LLC. The property, located at 210 W Bitters Rd, San Antonio, Texas 78216, is a single-tenant Starbucks. Joshua Swank and Ron Kotel of Obsido Commercial represented the Buyer. Michael Neils and Patrick Forkin of Matthews REIS represented the Seller.
